Shipping Policy

Pipe Down Supply ships from US warehouses. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 7 business days in the contiguous US.

Rates. Standard shipping is $8 to any US address, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses (FPO/APO/DPO), and free on orders of $34.99 or more. First-time customers can use code PIPEDOWN10 for free standard shipping on their first order.

Military mail. We ship to FPO, APO and DPO addresses. Military mail can add 2 to 4 weeks after we hand off to USPS, and tracking stops at the military mail facility. Enter your address exactly as your command gives it to you.

Holiday 2026 order-by dates. To arrive before December 25, order by December 4 for FPO, APO and DPO addresses (USPS Priority Mail to military ZIPs must be in the mail by December 9) and by December 13 for the contiguous US. These dates allow for our 1 to 2 day handling time and are USPS recommendations, not guarantees. Military mail can still run late in December, so earlier is better.

Where we ship. We ship within the US and to US military addresses only at this time.

Multiple packages. Orders ship as items become available; you may receive more than one package.
